We are actively recruiting postdoctoral fellows, PhD students, and research assistants. Given the interdisciplinary nature of our research, you will have the opportunity to be co-supervised by faculty from various fields, including computer science and engineering, business and economics, cognitive science, etc. Please see below for the detailed expectations for interested candidates.

Postdoc Researcher:

Strong interest in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of AI + psychology/behavioral science/behavioral economics/finance/marketing.

The candidate must hold a doctoral degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Medicine, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Publications in top-tier conferences/journals in AI, cognitive science, psychology, or medicine are preferred.
PhD Student:
-
Strong interest in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of AI + psychology/behavioral science/behavioral economics.

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree (or above) in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Medicine, and related fields.

Publications in top-tier conferences/journals in AI, cognitive science, and psychology are preferred.
Research Assistant:
We are currently looking for both part-time and full-time research assistants. Candidates with at least one of the following experiences are welcome to apply:

Experience in post-training of multi-modal LLMs, data construction, and model evaluation.

Strong interest in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of AI + psychology/behavioral science/behavioral economics.
